Removal & Replacement of Concrete Curb, Gutter, & Sidewalk
The City of Aberdeen will receive sealed bids for removal & replacement of concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk on various streets within the Aberdeen City limits. The contract will be for a one (1) year term with the option to extend in one (1) year increments for an additional two (2) years beyond the initial term.
Paper specifications and bid forms are available for a charge of $25 at the City Office, Department of Public Works, 2nd Floor, 60 North Parke St., Aberdeen, Maryland, 21001, between the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. A pre-bid conference will be held at Aberdeen City Hall, 2nd Floor Conference Room on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at 2:00 PM EDT. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is not mandatory
All bids must be sealed and plainly marked "Bid 19-02 FY19 Curb & Sidewalk Program" and be delivered to the City Office, 60 North Parke Street, Aberdeen, Maryland 21001, no later than 1:00 PM, EDT, Thursday September 20, 2018.
No announcement of award, if any, will be made until the bids have been evaluated by the City. Notice-of-Award, if any, will be given to the successful Bidder in writing.
The City of Aberdeen reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to make an award, if any, that is their opinion will best suit the needs of the City of Aberdeen.
