  • Aberdeen City Hall Open on May 18 at 8:30AM
    • Aberdeen City Hall has been reopened in accordance with the Governor of Maryland's Phase One Roadmap to Recovery. When you enter City Hall, there will no longer be a receptionist to greet you. Instead, residents looking to make a payment may proceed directly through the doors on the left to our finance department. Individuals looking to contact another department may utilize our telephone to call that department. We thank you for your understanding and look forward to serving you.
  • Phase One of Maryland Strong, Roadmap to Recovery Begins on May 15 at 5PM
    • Governor Larry Hogan announced the start of Phase One reopening beginning tomorrow, May 15th at 5PM. But what does this mean for Aberdeen? Quite simply, we will see Aberdeen starting to go back to work, with retail stores, barber shops, manufacturing and churches reopening at limited capacity. The "Stay at Home Order" has been lifted, replaced with a "Safer at Home" recommendation and the continued use of social distancing and face coverings.  There are a lot of rules and provisions so for a full analysis and description click here to go to a summary of the Governor’s orders.
