Damaged, Missing, or Stolen COA Toters?

Aberdeen residents with damaged, stolen, or missing City of Aberdeen Toters should follow the simple steps below to obtain repairs or a new COA Toter.

• Damaged Toter -  Call our Environmental Department at 410-272-2232.  A City employee will come out and assess the damaged COA Toter to determine if repairs can be made or if a new COA Toter is needed.
• Stolen or Missing Toter - Report stolen or missing COA Toters to the Aberdeen Police Department at 410-272-2121.  After you receive a police report number, call our Environmental Department at 410-272-2232, give them the Police Report Number to obtain a new Toter.   

Aberdeen Toters are assigned to your address and should stay at the address should you move away.
