Monica Correll is a Master Municipal Clerk and has been serving the City of Aberdeen since 2007. Monica is a member of the International Institute of Municipal Clerks, the Maryland Municipal Clerks Association, National Associations of Parliamentarians, a Fellow in the Academy for Excellence in Local Governance and is certified by the National Association of Government Archives & Records Administrators. She is the proud recipient of the 2012 Maryland Municipal Clerks Association Clerk of the Year Award.
