Robert (Bob) Hartsock

Robert (Bob) Hartsock has been a life long community resident of Aberdeen. Mr. Hartsock attended Aberdeen Middle School, Aberdeen High School, then accepted into Harford Vo-Tech for automotive, graduating top honors with Trade Excellence Award and National Honor Society. Mr. Hartsock went to work at Hinder Lincoln Mercury in Aberdeen and obtained his Maryland State Inspection license. In 1986, he moved on as an Auto Damage Appraiser and started with Kemper Insurance company. There he completed IAATI training as well as truck, home estimating, full I-Car Gold Certification and by 2004 ASE certified appraiser. By 2007 Mr. Hartsock became the Director of fleet operations and Risk manager for East Coast Ambulance service. While there, he ran the Captive Insurance program and was award several 1st place Gold awards as well as 2nd and 3rd place awards for Risk Management.
