BOARD OF APPEALS HEARING

 

         Please be advised that the Aberdeen Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on August 17, 2016, at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, 60 North Parke Street, to review the following cases:

 

          CASE #701  Habitat for Humanity Susquehanna, 205 South Hays Street, Bel Air, Maryland, 21014, contract purchaser of proposed Lot 2 of the property at the corner of Mount Royal Avenue, Farm Road, and Maryland Route 22, Aberdeen, Maryland, 21001, has applied for a variance from the lot width and parking requirements in an R-3 zoning district code in order to construct a semi-detached dwelling (duplex).  

 

          CASE #702  Habitat for Humanity Susquehanna, 205 South Hays Street, Bel Air, Maryland, 21014, contract purchaser of proposed Lot 3 of the property at the corner of Mount Royal Avenue, Farm Road, and Maryland Route 22, Aberdeen, Maryland, 21001, has applied for a variance from the lot width and parking requirements in an R-3 zoning district code in order to construct a semi-detached dwelling (duplex).

          CASE #704  Habitat for Humanity Susquehanna, 205 South Hays Street, Bel Air, Maryland, 21014, contract purchaser of proposed Lot 5 of the property at the corner of Mount Royal Avenue, Farm Road, and Maryland Route 22, Aberdeen, Maryland, 21001, has applied for a variance from the lot width and parking requirements in an R-3 zoning district code in order to construct a semi-detached dwelling (duplex).  

 

          CASE #705  Habitat for Humanity Susquehanna, 205 South Hays Street, Bel Air, Maryland, 21014, contract purchaser of proposed Lot 6 of the property at the corner of Mount Royal Avenue, Farm Road, and Maryland Route 22, Aberdeen, Maryland, 21001, has applied for a variance from the lot width, parking, and corner lot setback requirements in an R-3 zoning district code in order to construct a semi-detached dwelling (duplex).
