BOARD OF APPEALS HEARING

The Board of Appeals hearing will be held via Microsoft Teams. Anyone who wishes to participate in the meeting or submit a comment to the Board of Appeals can mail or e-mail Phyllis Grover, Director of Planning and Community Development, 60 N. Please note that requests to participate in the meeting or submission of public comments must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. of the day of the hearing.


Please be advised that the Aberdeen Board of Appeals will hold a virtual Public Hearing on March 20, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., to review the following cases:
CASE #798 Norbert & Wendy Lewis, owners of 377 Stratford Avenue have applied for a variance from the City of Aberdeen Code, Article V Special Development Regulations, Section 235-32G, in order to build an addition to a zero-lot line single-family dwelling that does not meet the minimum rear- and side-yard requirements.
