COA Generator Maintenance Contract Bid No. 20-13
Sealed bids for the City of Aberdeen, Department of Public Works, will be received until 2:00 p.m., local time, on Wednesday, January 22, 2020, for the COA Generator Maintenance Contract Bid at City Hall, 60 North Parke Street, Aberdeen, Maryland 21001. Envelopes containing the sealed bid shall be addressed to Denise Wetherell at the City of Aberdeen, 60 North Parke Street, Aberdeen, MD 21001, and shall be clearly and distinctly marked to say “COA Generator Maintenance Contract Bid No. 20-13”. The electronic bid package is available by subscribing to updates below. Technical questions should be directed to Jim Sice, Chief of Maintenance Water/Wastewater, 410-272-2650. No announcement of award, if any, will be made until the bids have been evaluated by the City. Notice of Award, if any, will be given to the successful bidder in writing. The City of Aberdeen reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to make an award, if any, that in their opinion will best suit the needs of the City of Aberdeen.
