To assure accurate accountability of the City’s financial transactions by constant monitoring of the fiscal budgets and proper financial reporting.
New Water/Sewer Rates FY2023:
Minimum Water – 3,500 gallons: $22.78
Water rate over 3,500 gallons: $6.88 per 1,000 gallons.
Minimum Sewer - 3,500 gallons: $27.38
Sewer rate over 3,500 gallons: $7.80 per 1,000 gallons.
Real Property Tax Rates: $0.625 per $100.00 of assessed value.
