Board of Appeals Hearing 

Please be advised that the Aberdeen Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing May 19, 2021, at 7:00pm, in the City Council Chambers, 60 North Parke Street, to review the following case:

CASE $756 Alonzo H. Gamble and LaTanya Spikes, owners of 709 Falcon Lane, Aberdeen, Maryland, 21001, have applied for a Variance to the zoing requirments in an Integrated Business District zoning in order to construct a deck that exceeds the size allowed for encroachment into a rear yard setback. 

All interested parties are urged to attend the hearing.
