PUBLIC NOTICE

BOARD OF APPEALS HEARING

          Please be advised that the Aberdeen Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on December 20, 2017, at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, 60 North Parke Street, to review the following cases:

          CASE #720  Cloverland Farms Dairy, Inc., 3611 Roland Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland, 21211, operator of Royal Farms, 1021 Middelton Road, Aberdeen, Maryland, 21001, has applied for a waiver from the commercial parking requirements for a convenience retail establishment with accessory fuel pumps in order to build an addition to their store.

          CASE #721  Bernard Kenly, 2116 Mura Street, Baltimore, Maryland, 21213, has applied for a special exception to the zoning regulations for an R-3 zoning district in order to operate a halfway house at 402 Holly Drive, Aberdeen, Maryland, 21001.

All interested parties are urged to attend the hearing.
