This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to procure the services of an Architectural and Engineering (A/E) consultant firm to provide contract drawings, specifications, and engineering estimates (PS&E) for the Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) – pedestrian and bicycle connectivity improvements to the Aberdeen MARC Train Station. The Consultant is required to respond to this RFP with a Technical Proposal that will be reviewed and evaluated to select the most qualified Consultants to perform some or all the services described in the Scope of Services.

Electronic specifications are available by subscribing to updates below and clicking submit. Paper specifications are available for a charge of $25 at the Aberdeen City Hall, Procurement Office, 60 North Parke St., Aberdeen, Maryland, 21001, between the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EDT.

Questions or requests for clarification concerning the Request for Proposal are due in writing to Ryan Harrah, Procurement Officer, at [email protected], no later than 4:00 PM EDT on Wednesday, May 29, 2019.

All proposals must be marked "RFP 19-10 A/E Services for MARC Station Enhancement" and be delivered to Aberdeen City Hall, 60 North Parke St., Aberdeen, Maryland 21001, no later than 4:00 PM EDT on Monday, June 10, 2019.

No announcement of award, if any, will be made until the bids have been evaluated by the City. Notice-of-Award, if any, will be given to the successful Bidder in writing.

The City reserves the right to cancel this RFP at any time after issuance, to reject, in whole or in part, any and all proposals received, and to negotiate with responsible Consultants in any manner necessary to serve its best interests.
