The City of Aberdeen will receive sealed bids for removal & replacement of concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk on various streets within the Aberdeen City limits. The contract will be one (1) year with the option to extend in one year increments for an additional two (2) years beyond the initial term.

Paper specifications and bid forms are available for a charge of $25 at Aberdeen City Hall, Procurement Office, 60 North Parke St., Aberdeen, Maryland, 21001, between the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EDT. A pre-bid meeting will not be held for this bid.

All bids must be sealed and plainly marked “BID 20-02 CURB & SIDEWALK PROGRAM " and be delivered to the Aberdeen City Hall, 60 N. Parke St., Aberdeen, Maryland 21001, no later than 1:00 PM, EDT, Thursday, July 25, 2019, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Questions or requests for clarification concerning the bid are due in writing to Ryan Harrah, Procurement Officer, at [email protected], no later than 1:00 PM EDT on Wednesday, July 17, 2019.

No announcement of award, if any, will be made until the bids have been evaluated by the City. Notice-of-Award, if any, will be given to the successful Bidder in writing.

The City of Aberdeen reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to make an award, if any, that in their opinion will best suit the needs of the City of Aberdeen.
