THE CITY OF ABERDEEN ABERDEEN, MARYLAND PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT REQUEST FOR BIDS

CRESTMONT SEWER REPLACEMENT HILLCREST MANOR UTL-16-10 BID NO. 23-03

The City of Aberdeen will receive sealed Bids which require a trade Contractor to provide the necessary services to replace approximately 600 feet of sanitary sewer main, including 4 manholes, 12 sewer service laterals and related work to remove/abandon existing sewer assets on Crestmont Drive in Aberdeen, MD.

Specifications and Bid Forms are available electronically by signing up for updates on the City of Aberdeen website at https://www.aberdeenmd.gov/bids .

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Thursday, September 15, 2022 at 1:00 PM (EDT) at 60 North Parke Street, Aberdeen, Maryland. Bidders are expected to examine the Invitation to Bid, Specifications, and the Bid Form carefully. In case doubt shall arise as to the meaning or intent of anything in the Invitation to Bid, the Specifications or the Bid Form, inquiry should be made to Shawn Brogan, Procurement Officer, at [email protected], no later than 4:00 PM (EDT) Thursday, September 29, 2022. The pre-bid meeting is not mandatory.

All bids must be sealed and plainly marked “CRESTMONT SEWER REPLACEMENT HILLCREST MANOR UTL-16-10" and be delivered to the City Office, 60 N. Parke St., Aberdeen, Maryland 21001, no later than 1:00 PM (EDT), THURSDAY, OCTOBER 6, 2022.
