 The City of Aberdeen is soliciting proposals from firms for the above-referenced project in accordance with these documents.

The City of Aberdeen, Maryland is soliciting proposals in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from a qualified skate park design-build firm or team (Contractor). The Contractor must provide comprehensive professional services including schematic design, design development, construction documents and turnkey construction for a permanent skateboard park at North Deen Park.There is an existing skateboard park with ramps on an asphalt surface surrounded by a 10’ chain link fence. The existing skateboard park was constructed in April 2010. The City wants to repurpose the existing skateboard park and expand it to include new skate features.

The proposals will be solicited and evaluated in accordance with the City of Aberdeen’s procurement policies.

 The proposals shall be due on February 11, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. and will be received in the Aberdeen Municipal Offices, 60 N. Parke Street, Aberdeen, Maryland 21001 attention:  Mr. Shawn Brogan, Procurement Officer. Questions regarding any item contained in the Request for Proposal shall be submitted electronically by January 31, 2022, by 4:00 p.m. to Mr. Shawn Brogan, Procurement Officer.
