Middleton Road Extension

The City of Aberdeen will receive sealed bids in duplicate, for the construction of a public roadway from Maryland State Highway 22 through to Beards Hill Road. The project includes the installation of new pavement, curb and gutter, driveway entrances, water main, and sidewalks in accordance with the drawings.

Electronic specifications and bid forms are available by subscribing to updates below and clicking submit. Paper specifications and bid forms are available for a charge of $25 at the Aberdeen City Hall, Procurement Office, 60 North Parke St., Aberdeen, Maryland, 21001, between the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at Aberdeen City Hall, 2nd Floor Conference Room at 10:00 AM EST on Thursday, March 21, 2019.

All bids must be sealed and plainly marked "Bid 19-07 Middleton Road Extension" and be delivered to Aberdeen City Hall, 60 North Parke St., Aberdeen, Maryland 21001, no later than 1:00 PM EDT on Monday, April 15, 2019, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Questions or requests for clarification concerning the bid are due in writing to Ryan Harrah, Procurement Officer, at [email protected], no later than 3:00 PM EDT on Monday, April 1, 2019.

No announcement of award, if any, will be made until the bids have been evaluated by the City. Notice-of-Award, if any, will be given to the successful Bidder in writing.

The City of Aberdeen reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to seek clarification of any or all bids, and to make an award, if any, that in their opinion will best suit the needs of the City of Aberdeen.
