Oktoberfest 2018 on APG will take place Friday September 14 through Saturday September 15 between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. each day. The event will be held rain or shine.
Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) is seeking interested vendors to participate at Oktoberfest. All vendors are welcome to this family friendly event. No food vendors, please.
Vendors will be provided, space at the APG Oktoberfest 2018 for two days, one table, two chairs, and tent coverage. If vendors should need more than one table they are welcome to bring their own, however, please plan to fit your merchandise into in a 10'x10' space. Power will not be provided.
Vendors will be allowed to set up one hour before the start of the event at 10:00 a.m. They will be encouraged to stay until the close of the event. Vendors with large/heavy merchandise will have their vehicle escorted on and off the property. No vehicles will be escorted onto the property between 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
The US Army and Aberdeen Proving Ground assume no liability nor will not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses due to any acts or omissions of any vendors or patrons of Oktoberfest. The Vendor understands and acknowledges that they (the Vendor) will assume all responsibility for their merchandise and equipment.
FMWR reserves the right to limit the registration of like vendors. FMWR reserves the right to deny vendors with inappropriate merchandise.
