Facade improvement Program
The Facade Improvement Program provides a matching grants to property owners and tenants to stimulate improvements and restoration of building frontages for commercial properties located within the Community Legacy Area. The City of Aberdeen is now accepting applications to include interior renovations on a case by case basis.

Eligable Applicants:
1) Property owners of a commercial building located within the Aberdeen Community Legacy Area
2) Tenants of a commercial building located within the Aberdeen Community Legacy Area with an executed lease for the term of the loan period.
