When it's critical to contact the community, the City of Aberdeen's Loc-Alert System uses Smart911 through Harford County's EOS, a mass notification system, to inform citizens and business owners of important issues and emergencies such as:

Water Main Breaks

Water Loss or Interruptions

Yard Waste Collection Days

Road Closures

Holiday Announcements

Safety Issues

The system helps us reach anyone, anytime, effectively and efficiently through phone calls and text messages.
