When it's critical to contact the community, the City of Aberdeen uses Smart911 through Harford County's EOS, a mass notification system, to inform citizens and business owners of important issues and emergencies such as water main breaks, waste collection schedule changes, temporary loss of water service, road closures, holiday safety announcements, etc. The system helps us reach anyone, anytime, effectively and efficiently through phone calls and texts message.
