What We Do
Human Resources is the center point for all personnel-related activities within the City of Aberdeen. This includes, but is not limited to the employment, compensation, retention, recognition, and exiting of city staff. The HR Department consists of two individuals, the Director and an Assistant HR. All employee and police department pension issues are also administered by HR.
