Swan Meadows - Utility Replacement Project
PROJECT SCOPE:
The Swan Meadows Utility Replacement Project will improve the reliability and long-term performance of the community’s water and sewer infrastructure. The project consists of replacing and improving approximately 7,800 linear feet (LF) of water main, 9,600 LF of water services, 9,750 LF of sewer main, and 12,500 LF of sewer services, along with associated appurtenances. Work also includes asphalt trench repair and site restoration following utility installation.
*Please note that roadway milling and paving are not included in this project and will be completed under a separate contract.
