The Comprehensive Plan and Area Studies section of the Planning and Community Development Department provides access to the City’s long-range planning documents and policy guides that shape future growth and development.
These plans establish the City’s vision, goals, and strategies for land use, transportation, economic development, infrastructure, and public safety. Residents, business owners, developers, and others are encouraged to review these materials to better understand the direction and priorities guiding the future of the City of Aberdeen.
