CITY RECORDS OTHER THAN POLICE RECORDS
You may submit Aberdeen's Maryland Public Information request form to the City Clerk either by dropping it off at City Hall, by mail, by fax (410-273-7402), or e-mail to cityclerk@aberdeenmd.gov. Your request should sufficiently identify the records you are seeking, including a clearly identified subject matter and specific dates or ranges of dates of the documents requested.

FINANCE RECORDS FOR PROPERTY SETTLEMENT OR DEED
A public information request is not necessary when obtaining information regarding current/outstanding City fees relative to real estate taxes, water and sewer charges and municipal infractions for the purposes of property settlement or the recordation of a deed.  This information can be obtained by contacting the Finance Department at 410-272-1600.

Public Information Request Fees

The following are the current fees charged by the City of Aberdeen for Access to Public Records.

Copy charge:  $0.25 per page.
Administrative fee:  Based on the time and hourly rate of the individual staff, and attorney, if necessary, who must conduct the review. The first two hours are provided free of charge.
Architectural/Construction Drawings:
Applicant will be charged the rate it costs to have a large document reproduced (comprehensive plans, transportation plans, architectural/construction documents, etc.).
