Hillcrest Manor Sewer Replacement

The City of Aberdeen will receive sealed bids for the construction of a replacement sewer system within portions of the Hillcrest Manor subdivision including manholes, sewer pipe, and lateral connections. The project includes all items necessary to complete the project including but not limited to traffic control, erosion & sediment control, sewer pump around system, and testing.

Electronic specifications and bid forms are available for download by subscribing to updates below and clicking submit. Paper specifications and bid forms are available for a charge of $25 at Aberdeen City Hall, Department of Public Works, 60 North Parke St., Aberdeen, Maryland, 21001, between the hours of 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST. A pre-bid meeting will be held December 19, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST, at the 2nd Floor Conference Room of Aberdeen City Hall. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is not mandatory, but is recommended. 

Sealed bids in duplicate, addressed to Parley Hess, Assistant City Engineer, and marked "Bid 20-01R CONSTRUCTION OF HILLCREST MANOR SEWER REPLACEMENT" will be received at the City of Aberdeen, 60 N. Parke Street, Aberdeen, Maryland 21001, until 1:00 PM EST, January 9, 2020, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

Questions or requests for clarification concerning the bid are due in writing to Parley Hess, Assistant City Engineer, at [email protected], no later than 1:00 PM EST on December 31, 2019.

No announcement of award, if any, will be made until the bids have been evaluated by the City. Notice-of-Award, if any, will be given to the successful Bidder in writing.

The City of Aberdeen reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to make an award, if any, that in their opinion will best suit the needs of the City of Aberdeen.
