The City of Aberdeen will receive sealed bids for landscape maintenance within the City Limits.

Paper Specifications and Bid Forms are available for a charge of $25 at Aberdeen City Hall, Department of Finance on the 1st Floor, 60 North Parke St., Aberdeen, Maryland, 21001, between the hours of 8:30 am - 5:00 pm EST.

A pre-bid meeting will be held at Aberdeen City Hall at February 01, 2019 at 9:00 AM EST to answer any questions regarding specific sites.

All bids must be sealed and plainly marked "Bid 19-09 LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE" and be delivered to the City Office, 60 North Parke Street, Aberdeen, Maryland 21001, no later than 1:00 PM EST on February 14, 2019, at which time all bids will be publically opened and read aloud.

Questions or requests for clarification concerning the bid are due in writing to Ryan Harrah, Procurement Officer, at [email protected], no later than 4:00 p.m. EST on February 6, 2019.

No announcement of award, if any, will be made until the bids have been evaluated by the City. Notice-of-Award, if any, will be given to the successful Bidder in writing. Contract may be awarded all or in part, based on exhibits.

The City of Aberdeen reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to seek clarification of any or all bids, and to make an award, if any, that in their opinion will best suit the needs of the City of Aberdeen.
