Ripken Stadium Roof Replacement

The City of Aberdeen will receive sealed bids for the roof replacement of Ripken Stadium located at 873 Long Drive, Aberdeen, MD 21001. The work will generally consist of replacing asphalt shingles and other roof components. 

Electronic specifications and bid forms are available by subscribing to updates below and clicking submit or by email at [email protected]. Paper specifications and bid forms are available for a charge of $25 at the Aberdeen City Hall, Procurement Office, 60 North Parke St., Aberdeen, Maryland, 21001, between the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at Aberdeen City Hall, 2nd Floor Conference Room at 2:00 p.m. EST on Wednesday, January 23, 2019. The pre-bid meeting will be followed by a site visit to the stadium.

All bids must be sealed and plainly marked "Bid 19-06 Ripken Stadium Roof Replacement" and be delivered to Aberdeen City Hall, 60 North Parke St., Aberdeen, Maryland 21001, no later than 1:00 PM EST on Thursday, February 7, 2019, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Questions or requests for clarification concerning the bid are due in writing to Ryan Harrah, Procurement Officer, at [email protected], no later than 4:00 p.m. EST on Wednesday, January 30, 2019.

No announcement of award, if any, will be made until the bids have been evaluated by the City. Notice-of-Award, if any, will be given to the successful Bidder in writing.

The City of Aberdeen reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to seek clarification of any or all bids, and to make an award, if any, that in their opinion will best suit the needs of the City of Aberdeen.
