HVAC Addition Maintenance Facility

The City of Aberdeen will receive sealed bids for an HVAC Addition to the Maintenance Facility located at 341 Michael Lane, Aberdeen, MD 21001.

Electronic specifications and bid forms are available by subscribing to updates below and clicking submit. Paper specifications and bid forms are available for a charge of $25 at Aberdeen City Hall, Department of Public Works, 60 North Parke St., Aberdeen, Maryland, 21001, between the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EDT.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held 2:00 PM EDT on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at the 2nd Floor Conference Room of Aberdeen City Hall. The pre-bid meeting will be followed by a site visit to the Maintenance Facility.

All bids must be sealed and plainly marked "BID 20-07 HVAC ADDITION MAINTENANCE FACILITY" and be delivered to Aberdeen City Hall, 60 North Parke St., Aberdeen, Maryland 21001, no later than 1:00 PM EDT on Thursday, October 10, 2019., at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read.

Questions or requests for clarification concerning the bid are due in writing to Ryan Harrah, Procurement Officer, at rharrah@aberdeenmd.gov, no later than 4:00 PM EDT on Tuesday, October 1, 2019.

No announcement of award, if any, will be made until the bids have been evaluated by the City. Notice-of-Award, if any, will be given to the successful Bidder in writing.

The City of Aberdeen reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to make an award, if any, that in their opinion will best suit the needs of the City of Aberdeen.
