Elevator Modernization at City Hall Building

The City of Aberdeen will receive sealed bids which requires a trade Elevator Contractor to provide the necessary services to modernize One (1) Hydraulic Passenger Elevator, located at City of Aberdeen - City Hall, 60 N Parks St, Aberdeen, MD 21001.

Specifications and Bid Forms are available electronically by signing up for updates on the City of Aberdeen website at https://www.aberdeenmd.gov/bids .

A site visit is scheduled for Friday, September 16, 2022 at 10:00 AM (EDT) at 60 North Parke Street, Aberdeen, Maryland. Bidders are expected to examine the Invitation to Bid, Specifications, and the Bid Form carefully. In case doubt shall arise as to the meaning or intent of anything in the Invitation to Bid, the Specifications or the Bid Form, inquiry should be made to Shawn Brogan, Procurement Officer, at sbrogan@aberdeenmd.gov, no later than 4:00 PM (EDT) Friday, September 30, 2022.

All bids must be sealed and plainly marked “ELEVATOR MODERNIZATION - CITY HALL BUILDING" and be delivered to the City Office, 60 N. Parke St., Aberdeen, Maryland 21001, no later than 1:00 PM (EDT), FRIDAY, OCTOBER 7, 2022.
