Ripken Stadium Joint & Crack Repairs

The City of Aberdeen will receive sealed bids for miscellaneous joint and crack repairs of Ripken Stadium located at 873 Long Drive, Aberdeen, MD 21001. 

Electronic specifications and bid forms are available by subscribing to updates below and clicking submit. Paper specifications and bid forms are available for a charge of $25 at the Aberdeen City Hall, Procurement Office, 60 North Parke St., Aberdeen, Maryland, 21001, between the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at Aberdeen City Hall, 2nd Floor Conference Room at 2:00 PM EST on Wednesday, November 20, 2019. The pre-bid meeting will be followed by a site visit to the stadium.

All bids must be sealed and plainly marked "Bid 20-09 Ripken Stadium Joint & Crack Repairs" and be delivered to Aberdeen City Hall, 60 North Parke St., Aberdeen, Maryland 21001, no later than 1:00 PM EST on Thursday, December 5, 2019, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Questions or requests for clarification concerning the bid are due in writing to Ryan Harrah, Procurement Officer, at rharrah@aberdeenmd.gov, no later than 4:00 p.m. EST on Wednesday, November 27, 2019.

No announcement of award, if any, will be made until the bids have been evaluated by the City. Notice-of-Award, if any, will be given to the successful Bidder in writing.

The City of Aberdeen reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to seek clarification of any or all bids, and to make an award, if any, that in their opinion will best suit the needs of the City of Aberdeen.
